Politics π©ββοΈ Hello Minnesota, Greetings from New York!
I have never protested in my life. I am a life long republican (never voted for trump because New Yorkers knew better) I am a veteran, a father, a husband, and my life has always revolved around law and order. That changes today. I am attending my first protest in the name of Renee Nicole Good.
What has been happening the last 10 years in this country, and the last week in Minneapolis is an abomination to our democracy and goes against everything the constitution stands for.
Trump and his billionaire buddies have forgotten that they only make their billions because WE allow it, as a people. We can just as easily stand together and tell them NO MORE.
New York stands with Minnesota and we seek justice for not just Renee Nicole Good, but all peoples that are currently being betrayed by this administration. Trump and his sycophants took an oath to defend all Americans, and they are currently breaking that oath. In the eyes of many veterans like myself, oathbreakers are lower than scum.
I lament the fact that the Republican Party is no more, but I believe it is time to retire them and the two party system. If Democrats willfully continue to enable the Trump crime family and their supporters, then that party must be set aside as well.
New York stands with you Minnestoa, you are not alone. We WILL have justice so help me God.
Respectfully,
A horrified New Yorker, Sailor, Airman, and friend of Minnesota

High Risk An ICE Agent in Minnesota Showing Their Current Mentality

This took place at an intersection in a twin cities suburb. This woman was simply recording these agents as they stopped another vehicle in front of her. These agents feel emboldened after the murder of Renee Good and I fear more deaths are on the way.

Politics π©ββοΈ If you're afraid to leave home because of ICE, I will bring you a bag of groceries.
I'm not the type of person who's going to fist fight an ICE agent, but I want to help however I can. If you're northwest of the cities and afraid to leave your home because of ICE, I will bring you a bag of groceries or other necessities tomorrow (It'll be basic cheap stuff, I don't have a lot of expendable cash right now) and leave it at your door, lobby of your apartment, or place you feel safe collecting it and walk away, no questions asked.
I don't think Reddit is a safe way to communicate and send addresses or locations - If anyone has a suggestion for a messenger that's more secure, I'm open to suggestions. I've never done this kind of thing before but I'm not going to sit here and do nothing while this happens.
Stay safe out there, everybody.
Edit: I have Signal set up for communication. DM me here and I'll give you the name to find me under.
